Please fill our Information Form on the Contact Us Page. Our staff will review your event details and contact you with our availability. From there, you can book you event directly with us over the phone.

The Mill Two Eighty can provide a limited assortment of tables and chairs to accommodate your guests (up to 200) for a fee.

Licensee must provide a dated, written request for cancellation. Upon cancellation by Licensee the following fee schedule will apply:

  • 72 hours after signing contract: all funds refunded except a $100 of DEPOSIT
  • 60 days prior to event: 50% of initial DEPOSIT refunded
  • 30 days prior to event: 100% DEPOSIT Nonrefundable
  • No refunds will be made when the event is canceled by Russell Medical Foundation due to the Licensee’s noncompliance with the rental AGREEMENT
